The Condition Panel Element is used to store different contents, each named as "Condition", within the same area on the page. Depending on the "Generate Conditions As" property of the Condition Panel, the conditions in the condition panel are generated either as xsl:when's or as div's. See Generation Precondition Property. See Display Precondition Property.
To insert a condition panel into the page
Properties

on the basic elements toolbar and draw an area on the page.
sign on the top-left corner of the condition panel area to indicate there is no condition defined yet and therefore it is not possible to place any element within it.
