Cut/Copy/Paste Elements

To Cut/Copy/Paste elements make sure that the Application Studio is in Design State.

Use the following shortcuts in design state

When the Application Studio is in Edit State, Cut, Copy and Paste commands will operate with Windows Clipboard.

To change between Edit/Design state use F2 key.

Using Paste command in the context menu

When we paste elements with CTRL + V the elements keep their positions in their container. This is very useful for most cases but sometimes it gives unsatisfactory result as in the case below.

We can specify the exact location where the elements should be pasted using the Paste command in the context menu.
