By selecting a value for this property you can create a handle for container elements.
When a container element's area is completely occupied by its parents it becomes to difficult to select and move it. For such cases you can select one of "TopLeft", "TopRight", "BottomLeft" and "BottomRight" to create a handle. Used In Elements
