Property "Text Vert. Alignment" <valign>

The "Text Vert. Alignment" property is used to define how the text to be vertically aligned within the element's area.

The options are "Top", "Middle" and "Bottom".

The defaults are "Middle" for Text and Action, "Top" for Rich Text.
